Is there free parking nearby if I want to stop by while waiting to pick someone up from a flight? The cell phone lot says not to leave your vehicle.

Yes, there isn't a lot of parking, but it is as you approach the USO and in front of the USO.

USO is on a U.S Military installation. Not at the Ambouli Airport. There is parking nearby but not directly next to the USO.
