Had my brand new car washed for its first wash and was not satisfied. Talked to the manager and without hesitation when he seen my concern he agreed with me and had them rewash my car to a 💯 my satisfaction. Thank you Tony.

They cleaned the car alright, but completely forgot to wash my wheels? Or didn’t bother to wipe them clean. Was pretty annoyed, won’t be coming here anymore.

Very unsatisfied with today’s service. I’ve been coming here for years. Bringing not only my personal cars, but as well as other family member cars. Never had a problem as today’s. The guys did not vacuum my car probably, my wheels are still dirty, windows are full of streak marks, mirrors are full of spots, dashboard looks like it was not even wiped, just like the back of the seats. Overall a real poor job today. I’ve been understanding in the past when the business is busy, and leaves a few things a bit dirty. However today was not busy. Looks like the person who wiped it down in the end used the same red rag for entire vehicle. Both interior and exterior were left with a lot of red fuzz from the rag.

We paid $24 for our car to be washed and cleaned and this is what we got… a way below average service. They stole $24 dollars in 10 minutes and none of the four guys “cleaning” could do their job properly.
