Mid November throu early December bring a good pair of binoculars or spot lens many times there will be photographers that will let see throu their cameras
On site , there is a chart saying that as early of September butterflies are present up to the end of year. However, i have not seen any butterfly in the first week of October. I suggest November.
They start arriving in late October and peak in late November to early December.
Yes come in winter when they migrate north
