If you have a pass for the RV park at the port of santa Cruz is that pass good for parking at the small craft harbor across the rail track?

It's just for the RV, it's not an RV park just about a dozen sort of car parks, is okay tho, no facilities, just Ac power, you could park your boat right next to your RV tho as long as it's not a massive launch

No pass was ever given at RV park. All you pay for at RV park is your spot to camp. But it's not a long walk.
