The light house and view point is really good. I visited on a rainy day, the drive to this point, gave me quite many views of the pacific ocean. I am sure on a non rainy day, it will be superb!

The closest campgrounds would be the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park Campground or the Seacliff State Beach Parking and Campground
No pits and no open fires on the sand, but you can post up your hibachi or coleman grills to cook and warm up after some tasty waves 🤙
