My former boss sold her real estate company in 2016 and retired to Dallas, Texas with her new husband. She periodically does reunion breakfasts with her former staff and local friends in the Santa Cruz she loves so much. It was a group of about 20 people that the restaurant staff managed with exemplary service and speed. The Crow's Nest is ideal for this with its beautiful Yacht Harbor location, easy parking, and long time fine reputation as an iconic beach front restaurant. We all had a wonderful visit together and love the food and service.

Great server Logan! Made sure everything was timely, had wonderful recommendations, joked with us a little, really nice views of the beach!! Food was fresh and tasty! Great busser also had plenty of bread and checked our drinks and water glasses just enough. Always a local favorite

Probably the best view from the deck! It has two floors and each floor has a different menu…. The Calamari was so fresh and clam chowder was super delicious! They host live shows too. Definitely a good place to eat and spend time.

First time here... Came around time of opening and was seated regardless not having reservations. Environment seems clean and well kept indoors. Nice view of the harbor and Walton Lighthouse. Had a short stack of buttermilk pancakes with side of sausage. Very tasty... not overcooked. Definitely will come back again when in the area.

They do it at crows nest and it would be a lovely setting.
Yes
I highly recommend their smoked salmon appetizer. We like to have the salmon with a Cesar salad.
They didn't a few weeks back, but that might have been due to covid. Lots of the locals deals seem to be unfortunately disappearing.
Yes they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Scallops were delicious
Yes, they've set up a large outdoor dining area on the beach. When I was last there all safety protocols were being followed
Idk...give them a call.
No it's not. I've read that info before too, but there's no way to get to the patio without walking through the restaurant, which isn't allowed unless it's a service dog. The adjacent beach cafe that is owned by crow's nest is dog friendly since all the seating is outside. I brought my parents dog there and was told this as well.
It's closed windows but they have outside seating too just ask n request.
A place that the dogs can come too.
Last I checked 3 to 6 weekdays and all day Wednesday.
Great question I've never been upstairs. I'm sure they would allow it.
Yes they are handy accessible, so enjoy yourself
All day Wednesdays during the week 3-6.
No canine in the restaurant unless you have an official service canine with proper documentation and vest with official confirmation patches.
No they dont, upstairs you have to literally seat yourself, so if its busy, you have to be quick when you see someone leaving...
They are a decent size. The flavor is outstanding of course depending on how you order them
On google search, says open at 7:30am every day. Closing is 11pm but 12:30am on Fridays and weekend evenings.
