You have to have hookups since there's no restrooms.
The only way to secure a reservation is to call the harbor camp host. They don't often a swer but leave your number along with the other items...length, type of rv etc. They usually return calls after 5:00 pm. This is an awesome place to stay...one of my personal top 10. Good luck !!!
