She was doing over 90, and almost changed lanes into me. A lot of other drivers where afraid to be near her.

I agree report to police but every commercial vehicle has a number to identify the driver who was driving cause vehicle gets assigned a vehicle. There should be a number too so you can report an unsafe driver.
