Been coming here since before they moved locations when I was a kid. Worker was very friendly and helped me - someone who hasn't dabbled in cards or collectibles much lately - figure out what I wanted and needed to get back into Yugioh.

Honestly love this place they had a lot of back issues I was looking for and some really cool things to admire just hanging on the walls. Adam is an absolute amazing guy to talk to about anything comic book related and is able to help you find anything you're looking for. I will be definitely going back as a regular and reccomending all my comic book loving friends to go here.

Excellent comic shop! Adam is awesome as always definitely recommend you go here for you comic and card needs.

I brought in a signed authentic Derek Jeter card to get an estimate. Person running the store told me it was going online for $1,000 nongraded then offers me $250 for it trying to low-ball me so he could sell it at that price. I also brought in other numbered football cards and he would not even look at them because they weren't vintage. I will never go back to this trash establishment again. If I could give this store zero stars I would! Card addicts down the street is 100x better and they just opened! They will actually look at your cards and offer you a reasonable price.

Yeah they still have copies of the Zero Point crossover
Yes. Basketball, baseball and football card packs and boxes can be found at Players. No hockey, though, because it doesn't sell in the store. Extremely limited desire for that product, in that sport.
As with most of my answers here in the "questions" section, Adam, the store owner/proprietor, DOES NOT buy ANY Pokemon/Digimon/Yugioh INDIVIDUAL cards. He sells boosters and packs, but, for him, there is no market taking in single cards or card sets. They don't sell.
As with my previous answer to another respondent, the older the comic, sports card, toy, action figure, the better chance you have to sell your comics or other items, especially if they're still in good condition, or, in the case of toys and such, if they're still in their original box, preferably unopened. All that increases the value of the collectible, which increases the price. So, yes, Adam (the shop owner) buys comics, the older, the better, especially if they're in good condition.
The best thing for you to do would be to call first. As George has pointed out, Adam (the store owner) is going to tell you what he's looking for as far as cards or comics, which is what George has stated already: 50's and 60's (or older) baseball cards Golden age/Silver age comics 80's and 90's and newer comics and sports cards he has a ton of, so he has no need for those, and he will probably decline any offer, even for pennies on the dollar. But, again, the best thing to do is call first.
Baseball, Basketball and Football cards. Owner doesn't sell Hockey cards, because there's virtually no market for them, certainly not in his store, and he's been doing this for over 35 years. But vintage cards, no 80's or 90's stuff, even Jordan rookie cards. He has plenty of that stuff. So, 70's, 60's, etc... Anything old.
No, but there is another comic shop called the comic dude they sell funko pops
What is "ga"? 🤔🤔
Yes, I saw a few at the register
Not that I know of , but they have a ton of sports and Magic cards so it's a possibility . I'd call them . The owner is a personable ,cool guy who is easy to talk to.
Where a mask and keep ya distance
They do but are all out right now
I was in there yesterday and asked Adam this very question, after seeing it pop up yesterday. No to Digimon. For him, it's not a strong seller or hot item.
Please refer to all of my other answers within this question area. Pokemon IS sold in the store, however, cards, individual cards, are not bought, because there is no saleable market for the store owner, Adam. If he takes ANYTHING in, it's because the plan is to SELL it, NOT keep it in the store, looking pretty.
You can call them to ask that . Not sure if its only store credit if they can be sold
Yes. The older, the better, or certain comics that have origin or cameos of popular characters in them.
Always depends on what you're trying to return. Adam, the owner, is relatively flexible on issues like this. It would be bad public relations NOT to. But you didn't describe what you wished to return, so, unfortunately, my answer is as vague as your question.
John Daniels.. I actually stopped by there today all they had was top loaders and screw protectors but I'll be needing some top loaders soon thank you both for the feed back
I've seen baseball and football, give them a call to verify
No. Shop owner only sells packs and decks of Pokemon, Yugioh, etc..., and DOES NOT buy individual cards or sets of those type of gaming cards.
It's a sonic comic that is based off the original sonic from the 90's and I have #1,and thanks. . . . This might seem extra but would it be under the $5.00 range
Spinx comics in Riverside does players doesn't
They sell packs, and decks, but they do not buy or sell individual cards.
I have a bunch .25 and under. One I like is The New Gods. The front page is tore off but in good shape. All in sleeves with cardboard to keep them in good shape.
