Without the community center, this place would rank a 1 star, Zero if I could! Definitely is rant infested! Rent is out the roof for not kept up trailers! Management does not give two freaks about YOU or ya CHILDREN!! Just better have they money before or on the first! Every year they go up on rent! Don’t waste time renting from these scammers! Been here for a year, I refuse to pay more for nothing. When I first came they said they would stain the porch (Never Did) then was told it’s 50$ extra to use the storage unit in the back ands the one in back isn’t community standard (Was Here Before I Came) so they’re taking it out (Lied) ok and been through two different management so far.. I had a maintenance order in for a couple things and every time it takes about 3 weeks to actually get something done except a broken weak cabinet. It’s been two/three months. But oh well don’t say I never helped you out ( STAY AWAY FROM TRAILER PARKS ) especially these “ YES “

Property lines need to be more clearly defined on each side
