Can i leave my dogs here becausethe owner of the house doesny want dogs anymore? Do i have to pay? Or show anything to the shelter?

If they are not yours just drop them off.. if they are yours, you have to pay a surrender fee.. not very much.. somtgingblikr $25 each.. I dont know for sure though about the fees...
