I have an almost 1 yr puppy that i have to surrender due to living arrangements. Is this a good place to take her? Shes a sweet heart, friendly and oh so loving. Also. Do they keep the dogs outside or inside?

I didn't see the dogs, but it sounds like they're outside under shade patios as you can hear them clearly from the parking lot. It's a no-kill shelter (except for dangerous or sick animals) so if she's a sweetheart she'll have time to be found and adopted.
