Short answer, yes, but s/he is going to be in a kennel surrounded by 310 barking dogs. It's not a good place to be at all for the dogs. Real answer: go directly to rescue organizations or to your veterinary, and ask to surrender or to adopt him/her out. Also make sure s/he is spayed/neutered and vaccinated. There are no-cost or low-cost vet who fix them all to stop the proliferation of puppies.
