Anytime M-Th. Opens at 6, closes @9 I am a previous employee, I do not recommend Cleghorn for swimming. The water can be more stagnant and there are more likely to be leeches. After entry @ $10/vehicle , I recommend staying on Sawpit Canyon Road and parking either in the Marina parking which is near the boatlaunch parking and go on the main beach where there will be a life guard. If you bring your own grill, propane only. Otherwise, grills are available in the picnic area, behind the swim beach. First come, first serve. Although the summer season is coming to an end, if you are coming on a Saturday or Sunday, I recommend that you arrive early before 10 a.m. if you want to ensure parking. If parking is no longer available near the marina, you will still be able to access the beach from parking lots 1 2 and 3. Good luck!

If u have children the best spot is on the main beach or if u want a more private spot cleghorn is were there is going to be less people and thursdays are not to busy
