Worst location possible!!!! My cases are still all pending after months! Told it would be approved in 3. Days it’s well after that. Contacting them! ? GOOD LUCK you can’t get any one of the phone! Leave all the voicemails you want nothing gets done! MS Reyes NEVER answers her phone. Many attempts to contact and many voicemails and nothing back. Good luck

I understand it's busy and the because of covid but that doesn't mean because of covid be rude. You go in to ask a simple question like Where's the restroom and you have to stand in live to get a number. Even if you tell then it's just a question they rudely tell you stand in line. Ms Patricia fouse is very nice. I talked to others and they talk to you like you're their child. A bit loud, rude and defensive. I'm new to this stuff but dam. They just want to get their work done fast and go home.fast. understand that. UT don't be rude with people.

I was in prison for 18 years and had many things I had to complete before having the time for actual work. Many classes and requirements, plus several months of expensive D.U.I. classes, and various things to get off of parole. During this time, this office made my assistance very simple and efficient. I am having difficulty finding steady work living in the desert being an ex felon, so I will be applying tomorrow for rent assistance. Hopefully things will go as smoothly as it has thus far.

I find it's best to just go to the office in person and ask to speak with your caseworker. If you can go in the morning the wait is usually not too bad.
Yes you can apply on line at: C4Yourself.com

It does cover drivers licenses.

No you can only drop mail there was someone standing out side like a worker or something.
Yes, your paperwork will be routed to your home office
Yes go in and request to speak to a supervisor
Yes it's free....no u don't need a appointment
You can go to any TAD office in your county and they will issue you a new one.
Call your current worker to report the change and your case should be transferred to the new coubty
You need to call or go in and let them know you need assistance. The paperwork they send you usually has a number to call if you need help with your paperwork
Every year there is a program available called VITA- volunteer income tax assistance. Check with your local office in January for appointment information.
They are open Monday - Friday except for holidays. I'm not positive what time they open. I want to say it's 8:00 a.m. and they stop letting people in at 4:30 p.m.
You may go as a walk in, stand in line and request an appointment at the kiosk -or- go to this website: c4yourself.com create an account and then apply for benefits that way.
