Yvonne Thomas is printed as the named manager on the receipt for this store...whether or not this person is presence is yet to be known...about the group of point fingers and passing the balls around is totally true, especially during the pm hours. Personally I have given up on asking for any type of help or assistance except for opening locked cages for a certain items. Experiences I got were "I dont know, it's not my department" "sorry you will need to come back tomorrow during the daytime" "I don't understand I don't speak English"(I thought that's my excuse) "the person in charge is gone for the day" ...etc...WTH...if no help can be provided, no questions can be answered, and no decision can be made....THEN close the damn door when the store Manager leaves...or at least put up some signs to warn customers ... "enter at your own risk and be prepared for self service between the hours of 5pm-1am". I apologize for such comments but that's how I really felt...
I went in around 6pm to get birthday supplies. The sign by the balloons said they inflate them for a price but no one was there to do it. I asked for the manager who took 20 minutes to show up because she was on break! She couldn't help either. When I was a manager at a store I had to learn how to do everything before I got the job. WTH is right!
