It doesn't suck you can't get spray paint because stupid kids use it for Unnecessary reasons and they are cautious and who they sell it to
Actually you can purchase spray paint here. You most likely need to provide an I.D. Most stores are required to require an ID to prove that you are at least 18 seeing as it is California State law to sell spray paint to anyone under 18. Most stores follow policy since they do not want to be fined thousands of dollars just to satisfy some kid who doesn't care.

1. Walmart lowers their prices because of Costco but Costco has better deals so just go to Costco but u do need a membership to buy things there
They most likely just don't have it stocked, but I agree, Walmart is a really bad company nowadays. I can't even buy regular Elmer's glue without some sort of hassle.
