Dishonest Business - I was told by Customer Service, if I cancel my service then I can sign up for the 3 month $10 promotion. Instead, after 1 month, they charged me FULL Price and refused to honor their promotion. Now they are telling me, the promotion is only for 1 month and refuse to honor the promotion. MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE BEFORE THE END OF 3RD MONTH. I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST CARWASH. I regret that I had referred so many people to their service. Now I will tell people of their dishonest practices. CANCEL MY SERVICE~~~~~

Their wax work is trash. I have lost paint from consistantly using them and their recommendations for service over the last five years.

About a month ago I took my car to Westminster Car Wash to have it washed, and when I left I noticed that they hadn’t cleaned anything on the inside not the dash, nothing. I thought that the $29 that I paid should have included at least wiping down my dashboard. Last Friday I had something important to go to and I wanted my car to be clean so I thought I’d go give them another chance, I told the guy that took my keys that I wanted to make sure that everything was cleaned including the dash that it hadn’t been done the prior time. He said he would make sure that the whole inside would be done. When I got up to the cash register it was $57! But I want in my car to look nice so I just went ahead and waited for my car. After they were done I went to get in my car (which by the way took over an hour) and only half of my dash had been cleaned only the part in front of the driver side, the passenger side was dusty. I will never use this car wash again. Today a mobile detailer came by my office and did my car for $40. Far superior job done for less money and zero frustration. The picture included was done by the mobile detailer, if you want your car to look like this do not go to Westminster car wash because you won’t get it 😡

i spent 26.99 on the Deluxe Wash. They did a very poor job on cleaning. There are many spot of dirt on the paint did not even touch. the interior is the same and the sun shine through u could see many space on the dashboard was not even swiped or apply any cleaning material.
