The staff was so kind and professional. Robert Ruiz and Ryan Roach really made my family and I feel cared for during the loss of our loved one. Robert even made it his mission to ensure I received my father's fingerprint, so that I was able to order a personalized necklace with my father's fingerprint before my wedding. The staff really made my father's services memorable.

I recently visited my brothers gravesite here and noticed that all the markers around his gravesite were very faded so I went inside to the admin building to find out how to preserve his marker so it didn’t look like the others in a few years. The receptionist was lovely. She paged family services to help me. Let me tell you Kevin should not be helping anyone or any family dealing with a death. He was abrasive, dismissive and extremely unhelpful and rude. I am shocked that they would let someone so heartless work at a mortuary. Markers are expensive and I don’t want my dad to have to pay another 5k to replace in a few years. He seemed very bothered that I had the audacity to even ask him how to preserve my brothers marker. I am disgusted this is how you are treated here especially after you have paid so much and I am not just talking about monetary values either. Stay clear of Kevin he has extremely negative, ugly energy!

Respect, kindness, caring, patience are a few words that this Memorial Park brings to mind. Chelsea who helped with my mothers arrangements was the sweetest. She took great care of us as did her team.

Our family stayed 2 years ago in Anaheim at Clarion Hotel. Affordable and Clean. This year in April we stayed at the Hilton 777 Convention Way. The cost was higher but the rooms were newer and more amenities inside. Both locations were located near restaurants, Coffee bean and tea and a CVS. I recommend driving to other food places in the nearby vicinity. Hope that helps.

Decorations need to be removed this Wednesday or they will removed them and throw them away
They have a calendar when can you decorate, according to this calendar you can decorate after this Wednesday they won't remove any decorations until next month until the 7th, you ask them to make sure,I hope this help you,God bless
They pick them up on Tuesdays. Best day to put the flowers would be on Wednesday.
