Yes. Walmart lets you return items that have been open. If you have a receipt make sure you have it with you at the time of your return. Now do understand though not all items are returnable. Your best bet is to take your item to the customer service area before entering the store and they will do their best to return, exchange or give you a store credit to use at your convenience.
Come in, the item return depatment is inside for every walmart. Bring your receipts!
