BEWARE.....! I CANCELLED MY ORDER ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 29TH....$1,000. AT FIRST, I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. I'VE CALLED & I'VE EMAILED DAILY SINCE THEN WITH A cc SENT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...! SOME UNKNOWLEDGEABLE HIGH SCHOOLER ANSWERS THE PHONE IF THEY ANSWER. THERE IS NEVER A MANAGER NOR ANYONE IN THE ACCOUNTING DEPT EVER AVAILABLE. JUST YOUR STANDARD WE FORWARDED MY REFUND REQUEST TO THE ACCOUNTING DEPT. AS OF TODAY, IT'S BEEN OVER 7-WEEKS WITH NO DEFINITIVE ANSWER YET...!
