How long does it take for someone to call you back on a broken atv that we only had few month its ben 4 weeks and iv called every week. Today some told me you have a waiting list of repairs. Eow tjat is a big list so that tells me we have a problem.

I have one better I purchased an ATV for Christmas that my son has yet to ride. Had to pay a mechanic to come look at the thing and was told it needs a new battery and engine and he has NEVER even ridden the thing

Let me put it this way I purchased my son's ATV in December of 2016 and I still haven't received registration for the vehicle. They are the worst with service. I think small claims court is where I'm heading.

Been trying to contact them for months. I opened a warranty claim as my sons kart died and will not start. They sent me a link of things to try before I submitted a claim. I did those things, and called back. They filed a case for me, sent me the same link and asked me to try those things again. I replied I already had to do those things first, and never heard back from them. IDK they would want me to change the oil when the issue is the kart not starting.

Just go down there and they will take care of u . If u wait on repair techs to respond for u to get repairs done than good luck with that . Stop whining and go to them they hell of cool . . All u need to do is go down there
