I Purchased from this company because of Guarantee that they touted on website. I found out that was a lie. The 125Cc go cart purchased from them failed bad, the electrical started to melt and smoke now the go cart doesn’t run, I might add that it ran for 10 minutes for the first time before this happened. The rep/ owner Zora Z. Refuse to make it right and will not honor the posted guarantee. They don’t deserve one star..

so far I'm happy with my bike and for the price, the only problem I had was the rear brake caliper it came stuck, so I call them and they sent it in like a week Norma was my contact she is amazing she resolved my problem quick. Remember you are getting what you are paying make sure everything is well adjusted and if you don't have any mechanical skills try to get a mechanic before you ride your machine. I took my dirt bike to the trail and I had a blast for like 3 hours and I had no problems.

I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! I had purchased an atv from this company only to find a huge hole in the cylinder head allowing dirt, water, and debris inside the motor. There response was that some of the motors have holes and some do not.They said the would sell me a new motor without a hole at a discounted price! What a joke! Terrible business practices!

We received the dirt bike. It was missing several bolts. We had to go find these at a local hard ware store. We called and reported this to customer service and they did send the missing part but it took 2 weeks to get them. Once the bike was up and running our son has really enjoyed it until yesterday. We are constantly tightening the bolts. They work there way loose constantly. We have been putting lock tight on them as we find them loose however a few where missed and worked there way loose on the rear sprocket and engine cover. This caused my son to have an accident. He was wearing the proper gear but the bike will need some repairs.I have called and emailed them with no response to even help me get the replacement parts. Please if you order for a child, check and tighten everything on a daily basis. Update- We are currently waiting on the parts. They were very nice and did not charge for the parts but it took many phone calls to get through. I will post an update if and when parts arrive. The parts arrived and are the wrong parts. Now they will not answer the phone.

This company is a joke. I haven't received my son's Christmas gift yet even though I payed for express shipping. The only advice I have is to contact the service department. They're customer service agent laugh at me and hung up The phone when I asked about receiving the money I payed to guarantee it arrived before Christmas. So good luck. He's rode the ATV once since and it wont start again. I will never use this company again.

I have one better I purchased an ATV for Christmas that my son has yet to ride. Had to pay a mechanic to come look at the thing and was told it needs a new battery and engine and he has NEVER even ridden the thing

I have bought 2 motorcycles from Powersports Max with no issue. As with anything you buy and have shipped it could be damaged. I can't speak for having to talk to them about parts or replacing damaged items as I had no problems. Sorry you had issues with them.
I got my moped with no problems all i got to do is charge and put gas in it.
Call powersportsmax they will help you i am very happy with them. They have a lot of bad reviews but my experience has been great with them
We were there about a week ago and was told by one of the guys in warehouse that you have to place orders online and they will ship. Office girls now work from home.

Also on the Apollo the kick start lever was completely stripped out and so was the crank their solution pay more money to send it back to us to fix
I bought a scooter from this company 9months ago and i had problem with them . First they don't answer your call and if they do they put you on hold for 5min or more after that they hangup Run away from this rude people unprofessional I got my scooter after 1month or more and i didn't accepted it because was late and they return it . Hopefully i used my credit card and opened dispute and they gave me my money back because they didn't respect their policy and i have right to get my money back.
No they are horrible to work with and see junk that doesn't work.
I wouldn't purchase from them at all. They still haven't given me my registration.
