You have to be a member, pay by cash or check and have all your paperwork in order. Recently I was at this office and their DMV computer was down and I heard someone say "Again?' so it might be a good idea to call first. I have been there to do DMV business many times and never had any problems. The wait is normally fairly short and they often have two clerks working the DMV desk if necessary.
They generally want you to pay it in cash and if there is something out of the norm of a regular registration, you may have to go to DMV
You should be able to. Not sure why you couldn't yesterday unless it was AAA connection to DMV was down.
I M sure you can as long as the computers are npt down.
