Pro general is the worst insurance company you could have.. They probably gonna take 6 months or more like they did to me. That's why I left them they are not reliable at all.
I'm going on 2 months and by law I read they only have 40 days to either accept or deny a claim but everytime I call my adjuster is NEVER available. Seeking legal advice at this point
Yeah I put in a claim November 18 2018 with one of their insured and still have yet to settle 3 months kater
Yes this is the wrost insurance company ever!! I was in a accident Dec 5th 2017 where it was a hit and run They gave me the run around on getting my car fixed because my address on my DL did not match the address on the policy. Mind you it’s Jan 3rd and the same bs every time I call them and no fixed car
