There is no star for this company. I was not at fault in a car accident where the other vehicle had insurance with this company. I was stopped at a red light and hit from behind at 35 mph. This insurance company has not answered or returned not 1 of over 20 phone calls and voice mails that I have left to try and get information about this insurance claim. There has been NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY EXCEPT THE INITIAL LETTER MAILED TO ME 1 WEEK AFTER THE ACCIDENT SAYING THAT THEY HAD JUST RECEIVED THE CLAIM. September 26th was the date of my accident- today is 11/4 and as I write this review I have now been on hold for over 21 minutes waiting to speak with someone regarding my claim as the adjuster is never available to take calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!

Got into an accident that totalled our vehicle and they have taken over a month now for them to even get a quote on the vehicle payout. They claimed they wouldn't pay for our vehicle nor any of our missed work or and medical bills related to the accident. They offered a measly $25 a day to "cover" rental fees on the vehicle. This isn't even our insurance it is the insurance of the person who hit us. This company is a complete and utter joke and it's amazing they are still in business and that they haven't violated any sort of laws thus far. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. There is a reason for the plethora of 1 star reviews and I genuinely wonder how anyone who works for this company manages to sleep at night knowing that they are utter human trash. The complete lack of human empathy from any of these people speaks volumes about the type of person they must be in their home lives. What kind of insurance agent ignores multiple phone calls a day in a juvenile attempt to avoid doing their job? Is this standard practice for them, or are they just that horrible of a human being that they lack the capability to understand the ramifications of their actions. For a company to be so bold as to assume that they can rip people off without any consequences is not only childish but also extremely foolhardy. They will get what's coming to them and I am sure that I and many others will have a good chuckle once the news comes out that they went under do to either a class action lawsuit or a smaller team of compatent atternoies suing them for everything they have.

Got in an accident on 4/15, it took a week to speak to my “adjuster” after I called her everyday and left messages. I finally got a hold of her on 4/20. Gave her my statement. The claims adjuster came to look at my car that next Wednesday on 4/18. He told me to drop my car the next day. I did. They sent the estimate to the mechanic on 4/26. They email the mechanic to fax over their W9 on the same day & he faxed it back immediately. I called on 4/30 to see if they received it, which they hadn’t. I spoke to a supervisor who asked me to fax it over again, so I went back to the body shop & watched him fax it over again. The supervisor also said to upload it in an email & send it to her but the mechanic doesn’t have time to do that. So I called today (5/3) & they still hadn’t received the W9. My adjuster Sabrina said that it’s hit or miss if they get it. Wow. So I get a copy of the W9 and send it myself to the supervisor. I called to see if she received it, Jesus says he can’t get a hold of the sup he has to put in an email to have her call me back in 24-48 hr, unacceptable. Sabrina was rude & kept speaking over me. My car is almost finished and I’m still waiting on them to cut the check. I’m so frustrated with this. I just want my car!

Just when I thought I was the only one having issues with this company. In March of this year my husband and I purchased a brand new car. In April someone “insured” by this company hit our car. With my husband being the one driving of course they needed to talk to him and get his version of what happened. Unfortunately in July he was deployed. I had not heard from this company until August. As I opened the letter I finally had a name and number of someone to contact. I called the guy and as we were talking he says “Let me see who’s handling this claim. Oh, it’s me.” Like what in the world is really going on. He has me go through steps in using an app to take pictures of the damage our car incurred. I do so and just a week ago from today I get a letter from the appraisal company saying that the claim was denied. I look at the name on the claim and realized the person “insured” was not the person we got into the accident with. Yesterday my insurance calls me and says that they further reviewed the claim after receiving the letter of denial to find out the car at fault was not even insured. My insurance is now handling it. Today I receive a letter from Pro General saying they haven’t been able to reach me in regards to the claim and so forth. I call the number on the letter sent (which was a different person than the first time). The lady asks me if we had the car repaired and that they couldn’t do anything since they are unable to speak with my husband. I tell her that my insurance is handling the case because the car at fault was not insured. She goes on to say how she hasn’t talked to the party insured with them and they hadn’t received anything showing if the policy was active during that time. Yet she goes on and says just go on and get it handled through your insurance because if you don’t they’ll make you pay the deductible and so forth. They are extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and just plain out a pain. Glad we had great insurance and it is finally being taken care of after 5 months.
