Nope, not normally on festival events. But it's really nice there, take a 🧺 basket, and have a nice peaceful lunch. I still have to go back and check the whole park, and waterfront. Well worth taking a trip to the park. It has a kids playground as well. And bathrooms. Skate park for kids.
No concession stands from what I saw. When I went they had a festival and food and drink were sold there.
