Went for my TSA pre check today.. everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly. They did say they were behind when I checked in, but it was only a 10 minute wait. Great experience.

Hours are actually 830-1pm mon- thurs. Even though all signs say 830-430pm on the front door. Typical government office job.

If you're talking about the TWIC card you can do a walk-in or make an appointment it's pretty slow right now so you'll be able to get in pretty quick. They're closed Friday Saturday Sunday at the TWIC With the rest of the services there I do not know.
