If you're looking for a fun, intimate evening with a gregarious host and charming atmosphere. look no further than the California Magic Club. My partner and I celebrated our eleven year anniversary here based on the recommendation of a friend and had a marvelous evening. The up close magic was engaging and you also have a little time to converse in between the acts without missing anything. The food was adequate, but well portioned and filling and the service added to the ambiance of the whole evening. Hank Morfin (ROCKS!) headlined and his set made me both laugh out loud several times as well as gasp at what I witnessed. It is clear that Gerry has a passion for sharing both his love of magic and his collection of rare artefacts of magic lore with first timers and experienced magicians alike.

Excellent magic! Excellent dinner! (2nd time going there and will go back.) Magicians perform slight of hand at the tables and the waitresses are amazing. There is a small stage for the main show and we have seen a different performer each visit. The main performance is audience interactive as is the warm up performance! Both are wonderful! The atmosphere is intimate and charming! It's a great place to take a special guest or to enjoy a romantic evening!

Shhhh... this place is secret. They don't advertise so I don't remember how I found it. Close up Magic in an intimate setting and we still couldn't figure them out... the magicians were/are that good! Gerry the host/owner was wonderful. Hank and Jeff were funny and amazing. We like you Al! The food prepared by Gerry's daughter was fantastic although I didn't get to try all the desserts since my daughter asked me for mine! We went with a group of 9... I made the mistake of waiting for people before and not being able to make a reservation. This place sells out... they were all funny, but this is no joke.
