This Copart will have u waiting for hours all combined to they have no staff working with customers to get u in and out! Usually it’s 1 person working the front desk to take payments and any other thing u need done they need to hire more workers to help there customers!! Shame of Copart Martinez I hate this yard!!!

Easily received a quote to sell my car and scheduled an appointment with a VERY wide window of pick-up. Waited the entire window before calling to be told that the window of 1-5pm was over a 48hr period. Ive already lost two days of pay at work, waiting for the car to be picked up. Im seeing a trend for folks wasting a lot of time at the lot and waiting for service without clear communication.

We had to go to Copart to collect the personal items out of my daughter's car because it was totalled in an accident. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. It took longer than I expected because they were busy and only had 2 people behind the counter. Other than that, our experience was good.
