No because antibiotics are not an OTC medication. Regardless if medications are for humans or animals, they must have an actual prescription so that you are getting and giving the proper medication to treat your pets.
There is an ophthalmic (relating to the eye) antibiotic ointment for dogs, cats, horses. Other than that there are only a small amount of antibiotics for fish/aquarium only.
California band all antibiotics over the counter last year terramycin powder and all you can't get it anymore in California you would have to order it online from another state
