No, Powell Bros only sells pet & livestock supplies. My suggestion would be to check with our shelter here in Vallejo as they are expanding some services. It sounds like your little guy may have a foxtail in his ear. You might call "All Creatures" on Old Benicia Road or Springs Vet on Springs Road. Their office visit few may be lower than where I go.
