Outstanding Customer Service and amazing efforts when there are mix-ups. Jackie at B&B Floral did an amazing arrangement for my daughter's anniversary. There was a slight mix up due to my daughter's allergy to lily blooms and the delivery driver. Jackie was very thorough and professional to resolve the issues and her responses to us were above anything I have ever seen from a florist before. Highly recommend B&B Floral, their staff and owner are way above the usual florists' customer service

My beautiful wife started a new job after being laid off and going through the COVID shutdown and today she completed her probationary period. So proud of her.. Ok enough of that... so I decided to order her some flowers to mark the occasion. I found B&B floral on yelp to help me get her some beautiful flowers. Called them early in the morning and they were very friendly and helpful in my flower selection and were able to deliver it to her on the same day. Will definitely use them as my 1st choice for my floral needs.
