The do allow pay on exit. But... Phasing out. I wouldnt want to get caught when it no longer works. They request payment be made in waiting area inside prior to going to your car and exiting. Works well and doesnt hold up traffic as you exit.

You pay on exit. Put your ticket into pay ATM at exit point. Insert credit card. Gate will open and also print you a receipt
