Trying to get a hold of someone to confirm the date and time of the appointment i booked a few months ago. I am unable to get through for some reason call keeps going dead. Please have someone reach out i just need to know date and time so i dont miss it please.

They change my appointment without notifying me. Then the next day it’s an hour passed the appointment time and no one called. I called the office and I’m just being transferred and out on hold

We love Dr. Hadar Levgar, she is the best pediatrician my two children have ever had. One of my sons is now 17 and will be sad to find a new doctor.

I seriously hate coming here. Its always packed. I checked in at 1030am for my daughters appointment at 11am. They didnt call us back until 1130am & then they tell me oh the doctor is with a patient right he'll be right with you. Yea my appointment was at 11. Not 1145 12pm..this place is a joke..i wouldn't recommend anyone coming here.

Hi Ana, Thank you for your question. The safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority and due to the COVID-19 surge we are scheduling the majority of appointments over the phone or through video. However, we will definitely see patients in-person if their medical provider recommends that they visit the health center for a follow-up. I hope this helps! Please stay safe and well!
Hi. Our Van Nuys Pediatric Health Center is not open on Saturdays. However, we do have pediatric services at our Health centers in San Fernando, Pacoima, Sun Valley, and Newhall. They are open between 8 am - 5 pm.
