First of all, Karen Scott is amazing to work with! My older house was in serious need of new floor. Valley Carpet One has been incredible to work with for the whole process. First we replaced the worn out old carpet in bedrooms and then we moved on to luxury vinyl flooring for the main living areas. All workers were very respectful of our property throughout the installs. The personal touch and good advice from Karen really made all of the difference. Thank you! 😀

We had found an installer for our floors upstairs in our townhouse, and he told us where to go for the materials. We did as we were told and picked out some very nice laminate that looks like old, rustic hardwood floors. We called him back to set up the installation and have still never heard from him again! We were most definitely Out Of Luck. That was when I found Valley Carpet One. I remember that they had 77 reviews and 71 of them were 5 ⭐. That was good enough for me so I called and asked for Tyler Zimmer. He had been mentioned in a couple of the reviews and he did come over to bid on the job. I explained everything that had happened to that point and he was nice enough to take our install and do the job even though we had not purchased the materials from them. I am eternally grateful for him taking the job and because they did such a great job on the upstairs, we are more than likely going to give him the job of doing our floors downstairs next. He told me that they use their own employees to do the installations and not sub contractors. This is a huge issue for us. We know that the installers are going to do the job right when they are graded after finishing it. They were really very good at doing the job right in the first place. We have been doing business with Valley Carpet One for many years. It has always been without issues. And for the most part, this time was no different. Tyler was a terrific help in our decision-making. However during the process, there was an issue that occurred. It's easy when everything is going smoothly, but a company really shows it's quality when there's a problem. Without going into details, I can say that this issue was addressed with a professional and understanding attitude, and in a way that made me feel truly appreciated as a loyal customer.
