Lap. Per California Highway Patrol it is okay to have an infant sitting in your lap when you are transported in a bus. I don't think the FlyAway buses are equipped for car seats but you can call them directly and ask
They do not provide car seats. I'm not sure if you can attach your car seat on the seat, but you can always try or call to see if it's possible. My son has ridden on the bus several times and the last time he was 1.5 years old. He sat in his own seat and just had the seat belt on him. I sat next to him and just made sure he was safe the entire time. He actually loved looking out the window.
😊..What the previous person said
Finally got thought the call. They said children 5 year and under ride free and parents preference to ride on lap or own seat with seat belt...thank you to all
