The restaurant is a formal restaurant, but because it is attached to a casino you have a mixed crowd. When I travel for work with a carry-on I cannot do formal most of the time. So casual polo shirts with khaki pants are my best choice. I have never been kicked out of a fancy restaurant before, so either choice would be good.
