I'm just trying to find the service times and which service is the traditional one. It's very poorly represented online. How will new people even find it? I'm guessing I have to call to get my info...very sad and frustrating.

None. Food is distributed every Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., and is available to any resident of Rohnert Park, Cotati, or Penngrove, no questions asked.
