My stimulus funds in the prepaid card was stolen. I spoke to many of their representatives and they declined to refund my money. I had proof police report and they kept denying my claim. I hope they go out of business soon and would never recommend anyone to do business with them. They are a bunch of scammers denying honest hard working families. Shame on you

How do i get another metabank card if mine is lost or stolen
I did not receive the card.
Followed all instructions online to transfer eip money to my bank. Now I cannot get any help from Metabank customer service or epicard. My card says 0 balance and there is no money at my personal bank institution. It has been 5 business days. What is happening?
