18 separate theaters... X amount of customers... Most having time sensitive issues, which are easily answered online = busy signals and/or long recordings. The help desk, located left upon entering, can handle most any problems.
Most questions can be answered online like showtimes, address, etc. If you need to speak to someone your best bet is to go to the customer service desk at the theater. It's sad but yeah that's the best approach. What is your question that you need to ask? Maybe the community here can help.
