My son experience with a Magicland Dentist was a success. The whole staff team greeted us they were very polite, kind, and very helpful. I loved every moment of his visit today. The most important part to me was when he felt discomfort they redirected him into making him as comfortable as possible. We cannot wait until the next visit. Thank you Magicland Dentist!

Knowing you are down a doctor, continuing to add appointments, making young kids wait more than an hour past their appointment time (which then delays their ability to eat dinner at a normal time,) NO communication from staff that there would be such a delay, and no offer to wait or reschedule is absolutely RIDICULOUS! It isn't fair to the doctor and technicians/ hygienists who did show up to work to put them in a situation where they will be dealing with tired, frustrated, angry, and hungry kids. Do something about your scheduling and train your desk staff to inform of such SEVERE delays upon checkin and offer the option to wait or reschedule. Kids matter and should not be treated as if their time/lives/schedules don't matter by being forced to wait more than an hour past their appointment times. My son was not the only one. There were people there when we left who had arrived before us who were still waiting. I get it. Life happens. People call out. But again, staff should be trained to communicate about delays and to offer rescheduling options. Hour plus waits are ridiculous for anyone, but especially young kids. PLEASE, do better!

I had an appointment last week and there was no caries in my daughter's teeth. apparently perfect and caries free, but they asked to make a new appointment for today for another dentist to check the x-ray. my appointment was 1pm, I was seen 3pm, 2 hours late. bad service, they didn't explain anything to me about what's in my daughter's tooth, how the service would be paid for by the dental plan, they just did what they think was necessary, without providing many details. they made two silver fillings in her teeth, one on each side and he didn't ask me if I preferred the filling in silver or white, they just did. the filling was horrible. I believe that the right thing would be to explain to me and show what is in her tooth, explain what needs to be done and explain the options for white or silver fillings. they just asked my daughter to sit on the chair, and I sign the papers without explaining anything, in less than 5 minutes they had 2 silver fillings in her teeth, and she was ready to go home. when I got home and saw it, I couldn't believe the tooth was so ugly. until now I'm not believing that there really were cavities in her teeth, because it was invisible if they really existed. so I went back to the office and asked please to show me the x-ray so I could check if there really were cavities in her teeth, the attendant went there spoke to the dentist and came back saying that they were very busy and could not show it to me, and that I need to schedule a new appointment for 15 days later if I want to know more details. It was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this dentist.

I have been here a couple of times with my oldest (9) and they have always been super nice. Well this time I came with all three kids (9,4,2) and once again they were awesome. Always really sweet and they make sure they explain everything. They definitely make the little ones feel comfortable. It’s awesome to not have to fight your kids to go to the dentist!
