Horrible customer service, they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. A terminal changed for two of my containers and they failed to tell me and somehow it is MY fault?! HORRIBLE

Arrived 3.5 hrs early and got a door right away. In door for less than 10 mins and they started loading.
