I am GF and vegetarian so I had a hard time. I cheated and had the eggplant which is breaded.
We frequently have regular customers who are Celiac or just prefer a GF diet. We can prepare most dishes (steak, fish, chicken, etc.) on our menu without flour. For those who are also vegetarian, GF pasta is always available, as are seasonal salads and vegetable plates. While we do not always have corn or rice based dishes on every menu, we often do have risotto or polenta.
