Your ancestors who originated this place would be soooo angry. For the location, the food and customer service should be top notch. We started coming here in 2006 but since then it has plummeted downhill. They took the beautiful wall racks of bread and pastries display down. The food is eh. The older lady who microwaves everything in the back is constantly yelling and can’t be bothered if you need something as simple as a fork to eat with. She’s also super rude to the younger staff. The drinks take on average 10-25 minutes. Customers stand around not knowing where to go or how things work. For starters: 1. Get a giant water jug for people to help themselves 2. Stop being ghetto by putting a hand written sign up about how prices have gone up, and just update your signs 3. Have some direction on where to order and where to get your food 4. Get happy: not a single person seems happy to work there anymore and you’re leaving a really bad first/last taste for all of your visitors 5. Fix the menu: it used to be so good with warm delicious food served but nowadays, we can microwave our own at home with less attitude and guessing 6. Step it up with new management or some thing because the service and food is not deserving of the location

Pastries always bomb, been living in Sonoma ever since I was born so this was my pastry to go spot.I went to get a cappuccino today and this thing wasn’t even filled up all the way. Looks delicious when you look at it but it’s so flavorless and bland when you try it. Price for sizing is ridiculous. Truly disappointed

Basque Boulangerie Café has an indoor cafe that sells a selection of baked goods, cafe items, and drinks. My madame sandwich was really quite good. The cheese on it was slightly sharp, but mostly subtle and very melty. I thought it was a great sandwich. The croissant wasn’t that great. It tasted like a grocery store croissant, so I don’t know if they actually make them in house.

Only 4 people in store at one time
A bit of a delayed answer here, but I know Safeway has them.
You should contact the restaurant directly. This is a community forum
