I just put my items back on the shelf & left. The parts line & the cash out line were both full of people who looked like they wanted to cry. There was only one person working the counter. HIRE SOME PEOPLE & bush mechanic in the parking lot ???

Auto zone needs to hire some people, they are under staffed & over worked. I would quit on the first day.

What helps go through faster is look online and read then ask the real questions, instead of asking about "are you sure its the right part?" Take the part if possible and compare it there.
