Great customer service, always fast to attend customers and greet them upon entry .

Inexperienced, untrained, and airheaded employees. I went here to get a quick battery ( mind you, I did my research, searched inventory and this was the nearest store that had my battery) After 40 minutes of waiting I had to let the employees know there was a line of customers that had been waiting while they stared at the ceiling. I had to return to the store to receive a refund for purchasing a car battery and that was another mission of its own. I explained to the female employee that I had just purchased a car battery less than an hour ago and was told by another employee that if I bring my old battery back I get a $22 refund. Her answer was "uh so I am not sure we do that here" I waited for about another 10 minutes as the question fried her brain. Fortunately another employee pushed her out of the way and rung me up. I can go into more details as how the receipt they just gave me was not valid, but this is pointless. I would avoid going here, unless you want to waste time and get your car dinged up by a small crowded parking space.

I went to return some items today at 7:30am that I bought yesterday and I was told that I needed my card to return it and they couldn't give me cash... so ended up going to another Auto Zone by Eastern and Cesar Chaves where they refunded me my money back without needing my card. Don't go here if you want to return anything (Husky Bald employee) will give you a hard time for no reason even if you have your receipt.

I wanted in line asked to be helped with vehicle woman said she would be outside and Jose C came outside looking for someone he was rude when we asked him when we would be helped and he said "sorry I can't help you, our store is busy sorry figure it out "even though we made line and were waiting outside like we were told. This is the worst experience I've had at Autozone. You should really hire employees who know how to give better customer service Il take my money elsewhere.

Simple, no mask no entry and no service. Wear your mask.
