Most drivers are cheerful and very helpful. I order supplies from Amazon for our small business. We rely on these deliveries to be timely. Twice now the update showed that they “attempted delivery” but claimed we were close. Our lights are on. There are cars parked directly in front of the business. We have a camera door bell, which the driver cannot figure out how to use. The sign on the door clearly shows our operating hours. There is also no recourse to reach their dispatch and the Amazon app lacks any way to feedback. I suspect, since some have trouble finding our shop on gps, that the driver gives up and cops out, leaving it for the regular delivery driver the next day. Do better.

Amazon delivered A package and knocked on my neighbor mail box. She’s 70 years old. The delivery lady said the manager would call me to make it right. He didn’t call, I take care of Her. . He did not call, the richest company in the world, but they don’t care about about anything, here’s the job pics They finally fixed on the 12th after making numerous calls.
