Do not rent here!! They have German roaches and rats! They do not fix anything they people in the office are very rude especially the manager.

Moved into the complex in September and so far every issue that we have had the office and maintenance have been prompt at getting it fixed and taken care of. If your looking for a affordable quiet place to rent I highly recommend this complex.

They run between $790 & $800 plus $35 for water. We do a credit & background check and you have to gross at least 3 times the rent to qualify.
