Please do not move here ! The grounds are horrible , trash everywhere. You have people on the stairs with guns, you have to have The police department ride through the night to check your apartment because the courtesy officer won’t answer . The staff let’s don’t even get started with that ! We don’t want to bother them , and please don’t bother the regional , there will be hell to pay for that. If you value your life and your family’s life pay the extra 100 bucks and live somewhere safe and where the staff actually takes pride in their community and residents. And no need for the sad reply to this review “we are so sorry your experience was bad “ no need .

NEVER THE TYPE TO WRITE REVIEWS BUT PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM MOVING HERE!If I could give this place a -100000 I would, tori is amazing, the manager, maintenance, and assistant manager do not care about you! If u have kids please especially don’t move here bc even the courtesy officer doesn’t care! If you don’t want bugs in your house and maintenance not caring PLEASE don’t move here, if you don’t want your packages stolen PLEASE don’t move here, this place sure has changed since I was little. Your house will be full of bugs and mold and guess what you’ll be blamed my maintenance and hell they will wait until they’re about to get off ( so they can “fix” it within 5 minutes (to come fix your stuff and use your own stuff to clean stuff up with.

PLEASE DON’T MOVE HERE! Please do not think to live here. You will see a lot of cockroaches inside the walls and cracks Cockroaches will damage all your electronic devices. and your furniture the apartments are too old not good for kids. we see about a few large roaches per day, Me, my son and my wife are allergic to cockroaches because of this apartment cigarette smoke in the vents which interferes with our quality of life, and lousy help from Park Place staff has made this one of the worst living experiences I have ever had . PLEASE DON’T MOVE HERE! Your life will be hell in this residence
